Fraxel FTX from Bausch Health Companies Inc.’s Solta Medical

Key Features and Benefits include:

  • Dual Wavelength Fractional Laser. The 1550 nm erbium-glass laser and 1927 nm thulium laser treat superficial and deeper skin layers.
  • Redesigned Ergonomic Handpiece. Fraxel FTX features a 20% reduction in weight and size and new integrated cooling technology
  • Visible Results with Minimal Downtime.
  • Fast Tracking Experience: Intelligent Optical Tracking with AccuTRAC provides efficient and consistent treatment delivery utilizing patented technology for efficient firing of the laser.
  • Redesigned Console: The new design has an integrated arm and cable assembly.
  • Refreshed User Interface: The redesigned color touch screen and user interface are designed for flexible, personalized treatment settings.

The Fraxel FTX Laser System is indicated for:

  • Fraxel 1550 nm wavelength is indicated for dermatological procedures requiring the coagulation of soft tissue; skin resurfacing procedures; treatment of dyschromia and cutaneous lesions, such as, but not limited to lentigos, solar lentigos, actinic keratosis, and melasma; and treatment of periorbital wrinkles, acne scars, and surgical scars.

The liftHD Body Contouring Applicator from Sofwave

The liftHD applicator by Sofwave utilizes the same SUPERB pulse technology with broader, higher density controlled thermal zones resulting in less pulses per treatment, thereby reducing treatment time by ~40%.

Key features include:

  • Precise depth control. The thermal treatment zone is precisely placed between 0.5 mm and 1.8 mm to stimulate natural healing and collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production.
  • Optimized Energy Delivery. Optimal dermal stimulation is achieved by parallel heating the dermis to a temperature of 149-158°F for a controlled, predictable, and dermally selective treatment outcome.
  • Unique Broad Tissue Coverage. Seven parallel beam transducers simultaneously create large, controlled 3D cylindrical thermal zones with each pulse, resulting in optimal treatment coverage in one 30–45-minute treatment.
