Lupin is launching the first generic version of Oracea (doxycycline capsules, 40 mg) in the United States, after having received approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Doxycycline is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory lesions (papules and pustules) in rosacea in adult patients.
Oracea is manufactured by Galderma.
