Lumenis Be. Ltd. is rolling out the Stellar M22 platform, which hosts more than 30 different treatments for skin and hair removal including Expert Pulsed Light (XPL) technology with advanced in-motion treatment capability.
Other advancements include:
- XPL Glide Mode for more precise, faster treatments in motion with increased comfort and high-speed passes
- ResurFX BrushFX Mode, which provides airbrush-style blending for aesthetic finishes
The system also includes more than 850 built-in protocols to simplify delegation and ensure repeatable, consistent outcomes across treatment teams.
One session of XPL can clear 76–100% of both vascular and pigmented lesions, according to new data presented at the 2025 Annual American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) Meeting in Chicago, IL. Even after one pass of XPL treatment, patients achieved good clearance (51–75%), the study showed.
