Haut.AI and Neutrogena Hit Refresh on the Skin360 User Experience

Haut.AI is collaborating with Neutrogena on the official refresh of the Skin360 experience, which is now enhanced by Haut.AI’s AI skin analysis technology.

This refresh delivers personalized skincare recommendations based on real-time insights (facial scanning, survey input, and proprietary algorithms) to help users find the right Neutrogena products for their skin needs.

The refresh introduces an upgraded analysis engine with enhanced algorithmic accuracy for more precise identification of individual skin concerns to deliver more accurate product recommendations.

How It Works

Users can now explore suggested products for all skin concerns, beyond just the one they selected, without having to restart the survey. The results page has been redesigned to be more intuitive, featuring prominently displayed key ingredients tailored to the user’s specific skin concern, more engaging score presentation, and a highlighted “must-have” product.

The experience starts with Haut.AI’s LIQA (Live Image Quality Assurance) system, which helps users take high-quality, well-lit, and properly positioned selfies for accurate skin analysis. Simplified input to one selfie only, and the opportunity to both take the selfie live or upload your own, remove previous user friction.

The app then evaluates eight skin indicators—hydration, smoothness, even skin tone, radiance, firmness, dark spots, wrinkles, and clear skin—and generates an Overall Skin360 Score rated from 1 to 10.

What Users Get

These results, combined with responses to a few questions, yield personalized product recommendations and a complete morning and evening skincare regimen.
