Cutera is expanding its advanced education and marketing programs for practices in North America to support customer success with AviClear and other Cutera products.
AviClear is U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved for the long-term treatment of mild, moderate, and severe acne.
Additionally, the company is deploying a new business model that will provide current AviClear customers and future providers the ability to own AviClear with practice-friendly treatment pricing.
“We are dedicated to delivering solutions that exceed the expectations of our customers,” says Taylor Harris, CEO of Cutera, in a news release. “These initiatives, along with our new AviClear business model, demonstrate Cutera’s commitment to listening to our customers and adapting to better support them and their patients.”
Cutera is introducing the Cutera Academy in April 2024. This two-day course aims to deliver in-depth, interactive education on AviClear clinical techniques, patient marketing strategies, and practice management. The company is also elevating its Cutera Rewards program by providing tailored digital marketing services to help practices generate and foster new patient leads while driving interest in Cutera treatments.
“Cutera Academy aims to empower practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize AviClear’s benefits in their practice, while Cutera Rewards underscores our dedication to supporting customers’ business growth and success,” adds Steve Kreider, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Cutera. “These investments in training and marketing align to our mission as we become a partnership-driven company.”
